Every invitation we create is custom-made for your celebration. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, and how we make sure you are happy with the final result.
In short: Once we begin work on your custom invitation, payments are non-refundable — but you are fully protected by three free revisions, and on eligible designs you can pay just 50% to start and clear the balance only after you approve the final video.
1. Custom, Made-to-Order Product
Our invitation videos and cards are personalised specifically for you — with your names, photos, music and details. Because work and creative time begin as soon as you place your order, these are custom digital products and are treated differently from off-the-shelf items.
2. Once Work Has Started
After our team has started designing your invitation, the payment is non-refundable. Instead of a refund, we ensure your satisfaction through revisions (see below).
3. Cancelling Before Work Starts
If you wish to cancel and we have not yet started working on your order, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. In that case we will refund your payment, minus any non-refundable payment-gateway charges where applicable.
4. Your Satisfaction is Protected — 3 Free Revisions
We want you to love your invitation. That is why three free revisions are included with every order. After we share the first draft, simply tell us what you would like changed and we will fine-tune the design until you are happy with it.
5. Pay 50% to Start
On eligible designs you can begin with just 50% advance. You pay the remaining balance only after you have seen and approved the final edited video — so you always know what you are getting before you pay in full.
6. Delivery Issues
If there is a genuine technical problem with the file we deliver (for example, a corrupted video), let us know within 48 hours and we will fix or re-share it at no cost.
