1. About Our Service
InvitationGuru provides custom-made digital invitation videos and cards for personal celebrations such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, housewarmings and other ceremonies. Each product is personalised to the details you provide.
2. Placing an Order
You can order any design directly on our website. After selecting a design, you provide your name and WhatsApp number, complete payment, and then share the personalisation details (names, dates, photos, music preferences) with us on WhatsApp so we can begin work.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your full card or banking details.
- For eligible designs you may choose to pay the full amount or pay 50% in advance to start, with the remaining balance due after you approve the final video.
- The price shown on the website is the final price for that design.
4. Delivery
Most designs are delivered the same day. All invitations are delivered digitally (as a video file or image) through WhatsApp or email. We do not ship any physical product. For urgent timelines, please message us on WhatsApp so we can prioritise your order.
5. Revisions
Every order includes three free revisions after we share the first draft. Simply tell us what you would like changed and we will fine-tune your design until you are satisfied. Additional revisions beyond the included three may be subject to a small charge, which we will confirm with you first.
6. Your Content
You confirm that any photos, names, music or other material you share with us are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. We use this content only to create your personalised invitation.
7. Our Work
The designs, templates and animations on this website are the creative property of InvitationGuru. Your finished, personalised invitation is yours to share with family and friends for your celebration. Our base designs may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Because each invitation is custom-made, our refund terms are explained in detail in our Refund Policy. In short: once we begin work on your order, payments are non-refundable, but your satisfaction is protected by our three free revisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take great care with every order. However, InvitationGuru is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect details provided by you, by third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp or payment gateways), or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
